Since all our abayas are handcrafted with precision, production time ranges from 10 to 20 days (excluding weekends) and is separate from delivery time.
As our abayas are custom-made, exchanges or returns are only allowed in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please ensure that you carefully select your measurements and design before completing your order.
It is recommended to dry-clean embroidered abayas to maintain the quality of the embellishments. If hand-washing, use a gentle detergent with cold water and avoid scrubbing or drying in direct sunlight.
