Exchange and return policy

Order Policy:

  • To ensure the best service, please carefully select the required sizes before confirming your order, as modifications, changes, cancellations, or returns are not allowed after the order is confirmed.
  • (Selecting the size is the customer’s responsibility; please verify thoroughly before placing your order.)
  • For quick processing, changes to the design, sizes, or colors are not allowed after the order is placed.
  • All abayas are custom-made upon request and are not pre-made.


Introduction:

According to regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce, products tailored to the customer's specifications cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of choosing the correct size and reviewing our policies before completing your order.


Conditions for Exchange or Return:

  1. Defective Product:
  • The product must be in its original condition and unused, with no benefit derived from it, to be eligible for return.
  1. Cost Responsibility:
  • The customer is responsible for return costs, including international shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt.
  • If the defect is from our end, the customer will be fully compensated.
  1. Reporting Defects:
  • Customers must report any defects within 24 hours of receiving the order, describing the defect and attaching photos, then sending them to our customer service team. The issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.
  1. Exchanging with Another Product:
  • The replacement product will be shipped immediately after receiving the defective product.
  1. Refund Duration:
  • Refunds will be credited to the customer’s account within 1 to 7 business days.


Conditions Where Exchange or Return Is Not Applicable:

  1. If the product (abaya) is customized according to the customer’s specifications or preferences, except for products with defects or those that do not match the specified details.
  2. If the defect in the product is due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.
  3. If the customer makes a mistake in selecting the size or order details.
  4. Products related to public health, such as niqabs and scarves, that are worn on or near the face, cannot be exchanged or returned due to the risk of disease transmission.
